La Concepción Valparaiso
Originally an 1880's English home built on historic Cerro Concepción in the heart of the Valparaiso "patrimonio" neighborhood, and recently transformed by Valparaiso 's finest craftsmen, Restaurant La Concepción is open to the public for almuerzos, dinners and special events. American owners Robert Gerrity and Judith Van Daam insist that each guest make their evening an unforgettable pleasure with the finest South American dining.
The international cuisine provides a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, embellished with natural and often exotic foods-to include deep sea fish, coastal shellfish, lamb, beef, various fowl and more.
Our carefully chosen wine list includes some 45 of the finest Chilean labels.
Seated before the open fireplace of winter, or within the lush garden setting with its exotic harbor view, your exquisite dining experience will be memorable.
